Never posted a rumour on here before but a close pal of mine is a photographer for Birmingham City and a couple of seasons ago made very good friends with Kyle Bartley who was on loan there ! My pal now works in London and has just text me saying that Bartley has text him saying he has had an approach from us and is considering it so they can get up to there old tricks ( his words ) lol
Maybe a few approaches gone out like this since caulker left ?
Cue the onslaught but please don't shoot the messenger

Had great potential when at Arsenal, played well in Scotland, Swansea are a superior team to us and anything we will find in the championship, more than good enough for us!

Hope he comes, I would say he is as good as Caulker, it would be a great bit of business!

Watched this guy play a bit at Rangers and I liked him. Lost his head in an Old Firm game once and was responsible for one of the worst challenges I've ever seen but other than that I thought he was decent. Think he was only 19 or 20 at the time as well, I remember thinking he would go on to better things but he never quite has.

At this stage I'd be over the moon with this signing!
