People say he has his International Career to think about, but all that he done last season didn't do much good really.
Ok he was called up but only due to injuries and even in the Ireland friendly he could have been given his chance but didn't feature.
I really think he isn't rated by Hodgson.

In the last year Austin has moved into a new home, and recently got married so maybe he wants to remain in the area still.
If he stayed for 1 more season he could remain at QPR should we get promoted, or become a free agent and have more choice in what club he could move to.
