A 10 million pound price tag on him was one the best jokes of the summer!

Would take 6 mil if offered and put it towards rebuilding. Think West Brom offered 5?

I've said it before he's a massive confidence player. So he will go through spells of being quality then spells of looking like he's never played football before. Never a 10 million quid player.

So true. Such a baffling player. I think he needs much less in his shell-like......

I rate phillips massiveI and think he would of been a massive asset for us if he had the desire to stay and play.

My problem with Matty right now is he doesn't look like he wants to be here and it's showing in his half hearted performances.

Right now if he wants to go is take 8/9 mill go and get Byrne and a decent cb

Not sure we would get that though mate. I agree we should take it if it was offered.

10m I'd bite your hand off, good player though.

We could do with that right now.

no chance of getting 10 mil. not in a million years.

                        more realistic would be 6.5-7mil.

who is the person putting price tags on our players?

that clearly needs to be looked at.

Should be taking people on more? He dribbled past more players than anyone on the pitch on saturday (3, if you were wondering)

As for never getting to the goal line, here is his heat map and from what I can see, he seems to take the most touches in that corner of the pitch where he can deliver it. He attempted 9 crosses and 5 of them hit their target. The second best player on that pitch with crossing was Whittingham, who attempted 8 crosses and got 2 (only) on target to their man.

And then talking about can't finish, he gets 3 shots off in the box and only one of them misses the target and that - If I recall correctly - perhaps could have been hit better but he was on the turn and under a lot of pressure. The other shots were very well saved so I'm not going to detract from his finishing.

I thought he countered the argument very well. The poster he was responding too didn't refer to goals. You don't like nassers actual stats much do you?

Afraid he doesn't but then again he doesn't like much about what the club is doing now so holding out for a good amount of money like we are doing is probably against Hits' ethos of anti-TF propaganda.
