Director of Football and Youth Team Development

Not sure if anyone watched football focus this morning but well worth a watch if you missed it.

Looking into youth team development should be made a priority for our board and would love to see us go out and appoint a top Youth Team development manager.

It seemed Southampton had the right idea with there appointment the Prost guy sounds a very clued up man.
