  • Diakite and Faurlin

Would like to see these two form a partnership in the middle of the park. Diakite promised so much when he joined and could be a 'top top player'

I'd be crapping my pants every weekend fearing that Diakite's instinct for horror-tackling anything that moves on a football pitch would mean another ACL injury for Faurlin...
    QPR since 1993
    WATRB since 2015
First QPR game hopefully in 2017

Diakite and Sandro will be the one, if Fer stays, it will be interesting.
        Kept the faith!

Have to be honest. I say this every season with Diakite, it never happens
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Don't think he had a chance last season, fingers crossed, the environment might be perfect for him this time around?

yes, he made about 4 bookable 'tackles' and got sent off (Hughes should have subbed him after the 1st 2 or 3 tackles as Diakite was clearly not up to speed with the pace of the game here).

Yep got sent off after 20 odd minutes IIRC (v Fulham)?

I'm sure he could have had 2 or 3 straight reds he was flying into tackles like a mad man and the ref was trying to give him chances then enough was enough & he was gone He also got sent off on hsi Watford debut Absolute fruit cake.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I would doubt we'd see both of them on the pitch together for more than 20 mins
