                                                He was brilliant in the shoot-out. Really commanding and saved 2, including one to win. Made a save or two in normal time as well. I didn't even realise he was young tbh.

                                                    I thought that Bentley looked really confident in that penalty shoot out and earnt Southend promotion. Definately looks ready for a step up and agree there's no point in keeping a £5/6m keeper on the bench.

                                                        Don't mean to be negative but what has McCarthy done to warrant the tag "6m pound keeper"? I know the article suggests that is what he is worth but in reality it isn't is it?
