Sounds a positive article however I think it completely swung when we got relegated from the top flight. A 40000 stadium will be 2 3rds empty in that league and lost revenue. I think more houses from car giant sounds like the most practical move now

We already backed off from the 40k stadium WeAre from the recent consultation we done with TF sating 30k more likely

13k next season does make it look desperate but it would be years away 3 years things might look different , but could planning wait that long ,some still think we will get amount of s/t sold as last year cant see it myself but if their right it would look more healthy in a 30k set up with room to expand later , but I make you right the ball looks to be in car giants court

I think bad, only 3000 or so QPR fans responded shows to me the little appetite for a new ground plus reinforced the small fanbase. Ideally the club IMHO wanted many thousands to back the plans so the club could argue the huge community backing for plans, 3000 for a multi million pound development isn't something that is overly going to sway the council opinion IMHO.

I agree.

The interest and support in this stadium will have diminished with QPR's relegation. One of the reasons why the Board should have made more of an effort to keep the club up.

They knew in December that Redkrapp wasn't doing well and they didn't trust his ability to deal in the transfer market, hence the refusal to spend, yet they didn't sack him either. After he resigned they could have made more of an effort to appoint a manager.

Well now back in the Championship, will the people involved in approving and funding the plans still be as keen on the QPR bid?

exactly the stadium proposal is bigger then QPR (we're fans thats why we see it that way) but this goes well beyond us. Multi purpose stadium brings in people all year round to the site making local shops viable, new transport infrastructure viable etc
