To be fair, I thought Diakite was pretty decent after initial appearances.... Who could honestly have seen what was coming with him?

So did I, but £45K pw was way to high, yet that seemed to be what QPR were using as a starting point.
I wonder how much they were offering Young, Ferdinand, Cisse, Zamora, Onuoha, Park, Granero, Mbia etc when beginning to negotiate.

TBf Diakite looked worth that when he first came, that's not obscene for a Prem baller.... And nobody on here really knows what happened to him (as far as I know), kinda unfair to speculate & criticise.

Barton on 70k is obscene. And SWP on 60, ####ing hell.
