The present regime is up against it from the off this coming season , so could anybody come in and immediately regain the backing of the fans ? well yes there is and he would be prepared to do it for Ramsey's wages or even less and he would come in with a bit more experience , Who is one

Like i said on another thread, that i will judge CR after next season. Building job will be huge and things don't click just snapping your fingers or who knows maybe they will. It's impossible to say yet,because we don't know for sure who's staying and more importantly who's coming in. I agree that some of his team selection made me wonder,but i give him chance in this process and at this time 2016 we all are much wiser than now.

No need to speak out too much after his 1st game in full charge. But TBH I think the majority are neither supporting him or calling for his head - they are just on the fence over him. Therefore I would say most fans would give him until xmas at a bare minimum before judging him too harshly.

At the absolute bare minimum, and that would not necessarily be based on league position, but more on how the rebuilding job is being approached.

The idea is that he and Les work together very closely on developing a style of play for the club and finding the players to fit that style. Les then takes a shortlist made by both of them and works on bringing in the players discussed. Its really simple. Neither is the manager, both work very closely together and even more so than in other DoF cases as they are good friends.
