The long-term plan of trying to rebuild a team from the bottom up from next season, has been written off already apparently.

Hadn't really got started yet, and was always going to be a long painful but necessary process, but it's had long enough....

Apparently, unless things are much better, very quickly, the answer is to sack somebody and start again.

            This.

Don't see why anything has changed after today? We were $hit , but how is that any different to the rest of the season.
            Let the man build
His own side in the summer and we can judge him by January next season. Until then you're just moaning for the sake of moaning .

I'm all for that. But let's have a manager who has actually managed a team before, league 1 even league 2. Why do we give a 3 year contract to someone with absolutely no experience?? We're a championship club and shouldn't be just 'giving someone a go' or taking a risk. Too much at stake.

Bad decision again by Tony. Ramsey is 53 years old and never managed a football league team. Does that not say something? He has shown he is out of his depth, even if it was Harry's team.

He was brought in to set up and work the kids and that is what he should be doing. All Les has done supposedly is disrupt the club by only preaching to go with kids. Did he stab Harry in the back? He is out of his depth and should not have been appointed director of football just because he played for us.

If QPR wanted a manager who could spot young talent then Darren Ferguson would have been a better choice. The players hesitated at Posh was amazing.

CR has shown his tactics are poor, his decision making is questionable and man management is poor as seen by the bad eggs and team motivation. Two teams really struggled after their managers left and were replace by non managers and that is us and Newcastle. A proper manager recruitment process should have been done and the best man given the job not Les's mate and because it a fragile financial appointment.

No chance of Ramsey going while Les has final say on decisions, unless it really goers wrong next year.

I want CR to stay but as no. 2, bring in someone like McClaren ffs. It's a no-brainer. This whole setup is a shambles.
