The club is trying to sort things out by getting the club back to how it used to be and seem to be moving to a semblance of a long term plan and all people can do is moan

The more time you spend on this forum you can see the reputation it has is totally justified

I think the club should appoint every member of the 92-93 squad as a personal mentor for the player in their former position

          example:

          Bardsley will mentor Furlong
          Wilson will mentor Yun
          Maddix will mentor Caulker
          Impey will mentor Philips
          Devon White will mentor Zamora

          etc etc X 25 players

You can seriously see us returning to that level of prudence under the current regime? They say they have learned from their mistakes - every year they do so. And then they shoot themselves in the foot again and again. You just wait till the autumn.

Everyone has cried out for football people to be appointed at the club and moaned that there wasn't. Now we are getting exactly that and people are still farking moaning. Jesus wept.

The fact the CEO is known for his penny pinching would indicate they might have finally have learnt their lesson

Also the management talk about the culture at the club when signing players is the biggest factor that we might be turning a corner

Obviously only time will tell but I have a smidgen of hope !

I guarantee those who have moaned and groaned about us throwing money about will be the first to moan that we wont spend as much.

One of my favourite ever QPR players.

I can't really see any downsides, but I can see possible upsides so I'm not exactly sure what some are moaning about, other than they just like to have a moan ;-)

                        Welcome back Andy !

There will be people moaning regardless because they will have delusions we should go straight back up

We need to get our house in order before we can even think of promotion

I won't. I wanted us to go down that route ever since Warnock got us promoted. The club would have been debt-free and stress-free now, even if we were stuck back in the Championship - which we basically are now.

Its more to do with derby not wanting him. Anyway its all about ramo and unlike most I am v happy with us nipping this in the bud early doors
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I do think investment is v much needed. Ramsey should be given a good budget for a championship club. Yes we all want to see the youngsters come through but we only have 1 or 2 realistically ready for 1st team football
