...........having some "well-intentioned" idiot promise you a couple of tickets for the Newcastle game then not delivering.

Never mind I've had to change my medication regime so I could go, never mind my wife had to take a day off work, never mind another friend had laid on transport from Hampshire.

I'm not bitter about not getting a couple of freebies, I'm bitter about getting my hopes raised in the first place.
