Will either Austin, Fer or Phillips be sulking if made to stay here?.... Id say no. They come across as very level headed players and I'd imagine they'd understand this is a job, they get paid good money and are still contracted to us. I really cant see them doing an Adel!!....but who knows.

I dont know any of them personally so wouldnt know how they would react if made to stay. Not sure why these 3 players will be so different from most footballers and appreciate this is a job, they are contracted and paid well etc. Austin has made a career on giving a club a couple of seasons and then moving up a level so dont know why he would change now, Fer did exactly this last season and jumped ship from Norwich after relegation and Phillips might stay there will certainly be interest and it seems to be the trend in modern football that players get their way.

If it were down to me would dig heels in & say tough $hit lads you're under contract here you're going nowhere. However, in the football world I am sure it doesn't work like that - their agents will already be lining up potential bidders. They'll all be off.

Definitely do NOT sell anybody for a discount. If we get a FAIR offer and the player wants to go then I'd sell.
