Its not about that Ginge. People will wait to see him give it a go first BUT... its about just appointing him without an interviewing process or even looking at other candidates... There's a lot of good coaches and managers out there and once again we just go for the 1st fvcking bloke that chucks his hat in to the ring....

It is though isnt it? We're already relegated to League 1 as far as some are concerned just at the notion of him being hired. Personally would want Warbuton but if Ramsey is appointed ill certainly be giving him a chance to build his own squad and see how he does. To say "yeah we are definitely getting relegated to league 1 next season if hes appointed" is ridiculous imo.

Dont take the League 1 comment to heart.. It was a tongue and cheek sarcastic comment.

His had his chance IMO.. His job was to keep us up and he hasnt done it.
Seems like a top coach by the players opinions but lacks the managerial aspect for me from watching team selection and substitutions

Surely Warburton has the attributes we would need for the new CEO position? Experience in finance, contracts, wages, agents, can assist CR and Les on his days off, knows the championship and some good buys. Seems like a good fit to me but guess that role may involve WF etc more. Dunno really but would be a lot happier if he was on board if CR gets job.

Warburton would be at the top of my list if i was on the board...

Warburton working with Ramsey could work very well.

Dont get me wrong, i wasnt solely aiming that league one thing at you. If it was sarcasm then fair enough i apologise. But there are genuinely people who have miraculously seen into the future and have seen we are definitely relegated to league 1 next season if Ramsey is appointed.
The way i see it, Ramsey is a novice thrown into an absolute mess left by Redknapp. Imo, with the exception of Palace and Stoke away, we have played a lot better in every game since he came in. Unfortunately its a results business and we havent got the results required. Maybe thats his inexperience as a manager, I dont know. All im saying is, if he is appointed, he should be given the chance to build his own squad and given a fair crack at the championship before being written off.

Would rather take Lennon or Redfearn if we had to go for someone already contracted to a club (at the moment)
