QPR boss Chris Ramsey says he still has one or two players not pulling their weight at the club.
Rangers take on West Ham today in a must-win match in their fight against the drop, with trips to Liverpool and Manchester City the fixtures to follow.

When I've seen him play this season, he don't look like a player that's not putting in a shift. No question he needs to train to bring the fitness level up.

The more weight one gains, the harder it becomes to pull it. One thing is to suck your stomach in for a quick photo op with a sympathetic journo (perhaps a fellow-admirer of the pleasures of hookah), quite another is to actually play well enough to be constantnly included in the first team.
