McCarthy is 25, been riding our bench all year, and is our keeper for the next 5-10 years (OR atleast thats the plan). If he makes a mistake, its understandable. He might unfamiliar with the team, nerves, yada yada. The point is that he needs an opportunity to showcase himself
Green is 35, at the end of his career, and is best known for his infamous world cup blunder versus the US. He has made a career out of making excellent saves and following them up with a #### poor error.Comment

But McCarthy is a better all-round keeper; he just needs the game time.Comment

Well said Stan.
Always prone to a calamity & to kick high INTO the wind at that stage of the game is unforgivable. Wasted such a fantastic and amazing effort from every single one of our players. Sickening.
His kicking has been poor for 2 seasons. Every game.
Goodbye. Time to move him on.

I don't necessarily mean drop him immediately (though I'd at least seriously consider it), but McCarthy should definitely be No 1 for next season, regardless of which division we're in.Comment

Me and a few others have questioned Green all season to get told we were out of order and he makes amazing saves. Well keepers are supposed to making f ucking saves its their job!!!! there also supposed to be able to kick, catch, punch and command their area which unfortunately Green has showed time and time again he is incapable of doing
Yes he pulls off great saves but he makes way to many errors for a keeper which result in goals that not being harsh that's the truth. Im not surprised our defence is so shaky with him behind them he's not good enoughComment

And what does the #### do after conceding picks the ball out the net and leathers it to the other end of the field in frustration what a f ucking pratComment
