I think fans have to start to realise its not the coach or manager its the squad they take over, both villa and West Brom have better squads then we have they have both been prem league sides for longer , have built a prem league infrastructure, we on the other hand have none of the above. Granted we have some quality players sadly not enough , our youth will now be given a go , it takes time to build a solid club, maybe one more relegation and a training ground to speak of eventually, and things may seem a bit better.
