Top 10 maddest things to happen at Loftus Road

As most of you know, i'm applying for a job as Editor of The Spolier. I have to write 8 stories for the site.

Well thanks to everyone's help i've written 7 of the 8 stories but had to get a QPR one in there too so am going to compile a Top 10 list of the maddest things to happen at Loftus Road over the last 10 years. Here is my article so far...

The Queens Park Rangers Circus Continues

Our top 10 countdown of the maddest events to unfold at the West London ‘Boutique’ football club.

    1. Flavio Briatore gets chucked out of F1 and fails the Football league’s Fit and Proper test leaving his Championship team QPR without a chairman.
    2. Gianni Paladini Held up at gun point by apparent Bill Power acquaintances.
    3. The Chinese u-23’s kung-fu kick their way through the QPR team.
    4. Naomi and Tamara turn up to Loftus Road.
    5. Club come out of admin using mystery ABC loan.

I have to write these up so they are just titles at the moment but I need to complete the list.

Give me your maddest things to happen to our club in the last 10 or so years.

I think you would be mad not to include Ian Holloways comparing a win against Chesterfield as a bird everyone heard that story, made national news and was a big you tube hit and it would not fail to get a chuckle.

Hundreds of thousands of pounds spent on the ground... and yet even though the crowds are dropping - the queue for the toilets in Ellerslie Road actually gets longer.
        It's an incredible achievement.

Oh, and the Chinese got a bit of a pasting that day, from what I saw.
Hats off to the lads for that.

FA Cup at Roker Park, Sunderland.

          But that'll do.

A female fan running topless along the top of the executive boxes in SAR, when we beat Palace 6-0 to stay up. :waaaht::waaaht:

Ha Coneysboot, I remeber that topless female fan. I was sitting in the row behind. She painted her chest in blue and white hoops. Classic.

1: Ned Zelic ( I was over for his appearance, think we lost 3-0 home to Wimbeldon)

                        2: Relegation / Promotion

3: Don't know how many different committees, boards we have had.

4: Wasps playing at Loftus Road.

5: Game called off due to sickness in the squad (Was it George Kulsar who had mumps or something like that).

6: Every episode of "Dream team" being very similiar to QPR.

                        7: Baggio, Zidane not signing

8: Remember the pitch protest "WE WANT THOMPSON OUT"
