If Ramsey is given the job it should be to the end of the season and then revisited.

I was shocked when i first saw the line up (no Vargas etc...),but it was one of the best performances of the season and away game. Must say that Ramsey should land the post at least at end of the season.

Id leave Ramsey in charge and review in the summer:

1. Knows the squad
2. Worked with our Director of Football before
3. Clearly liked / respected by the squad
4. Plays players in their natural positions
5. Has won and away game!!
