He would, but what are the chances? About zero, I would've thought.

Led to believe he's not happy and wants out of Napoli? Would want a few quid but might just be able to turn us around, and if the money rumours are correct and Tim wants £2-3M a year.? Not sure Rafa would want much more

No manager that comes in would really care about the club as they aren't supporters so you need to ask what can we offer any potential manager:

              1) Possibly a championship team
              2) Crowds of 14,000 next season
              3) No money to buy players
              4) Need to build whole new academy setup, fruits of which are likely to be 5-10 years away and he will be gone then
              5) £160m+ worth of debt
              6) FFP fine/relegation hanging over club
              7) Ageing team that needs re-building

Is it any surprise we don't have the top candidates biting our arm off for a job.

Bang on the money i'm afraid....talk of managers who have won champion lge trophies coming here is totally LOL. We need to get a good coach in who knows his onions till may and leave the managerial decision till may-we will have a better idea what position the club is in and have a bigger pool to pick from. Sherwood is a no-a rash move imo. Some names being quoted on here is so far off the mark its criminal.

Don't know whether he would want to be a head coach but I always liked David O'Leary. Been out of football for a while but did a great job at Leeds and did alright at Villa, then went to Egypt for some reason and you dont really hear about him anymore.

Neither am I and to see Robinson touted as better is surely a joke.
