You could certainly do a lot worse than appoint Neil Lennon as manager, as we've done on a couple of occasions already. It would take a brave chairman to do that because the man attracts a lot of flak, not all of it deserved.
I think he would be a great choice, but he wouldn't even be considered. Pity that.

Have a look at the job Gary rowett has done aswell. Done great a great job burton. Then won I think 6 out of 11 with Birmingham who was getting smashed every week. Never gets a mention either. Done a better job then Lennon.

Great motivator who has an eye for picking up young players(ki,wanayama,forster etc). Still learning but will make a go of it in the prem one day.

Yea I prefer them sort of managers wests. Managers that have done it at lower level on a shoe string budget. As I feel if they came to a club like us with better fianancial backing they could do well. I'd have dyche rowett Howe clough.. above Sherwood and the rest we've been linked with so far. Seems like we're Going for names again when they haven't proved anything.
