Phillips and Taarabt deserve a run if games. Now that it is clear Redkrapp does not rate Zarate perhaps Vargas can play up front and Phillips on the right wing.
Maybe Taarabt will get a chance too.
QPR have the players to get out of the bottom 3 but they need to be selected to play in their best positions and in a formation with tactics that work.
