Can't see Liverpool letting Lambert go on loan. From what I've heard he's content at the club Ben as bit part. Plus Ballotellis flopped completely so they need him.

I suspect, apart from anything else, money is now very tight for TF and his backers. Presumably, they need to be sure of funds for the Old Oak development should it proceed. Also, the future of Air Asia may now be an issue. There might be other things we don't know about also.

I suspect that they are even considering binning ("postponing") the whole development thing as they have finally realised that we will get relegated and things will turn really sour because promotions don't grow on trees. Hardly surprising they set the April date for their next step in the development process instead of earlier.
