Seeing as our current management haven't given any chances to our current youngsters at the club, if new management comes in at the end of the season and youth is put 1st.. What players do we have at the club which could make the grade and integrate into the 1st team should we be in the Champ or Prem. My few would be...

Petrasso (Was on loan at Notts County)
Ryan Manning (Recently Signed)
Max Ehmer (On loan at Gillingham)
Michael Harriman (On loan at Luton)
Jack Robinson (On loan at Huddersfield)
Coll Donaldson
Cole Kpekawa (Was on loan at Colchester)

Don't know anything about Manning but of the rest only Jack Robinson looks like being good enough for the PL and Petrasso for the Championship.

The level of these lads tells it's own stories. Gillingham and Luton! I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but Harriman and Ehmer are 22 so hardly young in football terms.

The rest have time on their side but if we're being honest, if they're going to be good enough to play in the PL, you'd like them to be playing Championship football by the time they're 20.

Looks exactly what we need after watching the Football League show every week. Strong, likes a tackle, committed and loves getting forward. Also has very good delivery. It's a shame we can't recall him. I'd expect him to be our left back next season regardless of our league.

Half of Arsenals youngsters are on loan to fooball league clubs so I don't think that can be used to say they aren't good enough.

Cole Kpekawa is not a bad player, CB,LB and LW I have seen him play in those positions, if longterm we are looking at 3 at the back, this kid would have the Leftsided position nailed!
