If we had an academy, we wouldn't have thought of bring such type of players.

And TF is doing all he can to put that right ie W/F but that takes time as it does to find and bring a player through but our numptys wont admit that ,

Yes we need to be patient. These things take time. TF is not to blame for what's happening. At least he is the only Chairman thought of having better training facilities/academy.
