  • A Good Weekend

Granted we lost but having played a top four team and being expected to pick up no points, the damage in the table has been minimal. Everton to beat WBA tomorrow and it's pretty much as you were with the exception of Palace, who in my opinion will be safe anyway so if I had to pick a winner at Turf Moor, it would have been them.

As a sidenote, I wonder if Burnley will be affected by throwing 2-0 leads away twice in a week? It certainly isn't a good thing for them!

Another week gone, still in the relegation zone.

Hardest run of season coming up.

Could have been a lot worse had results not gone our way this weekend.

Agree but when you look at the fixtures they were kind to us this weekend

Not sure dodging a bullet (again) is the best way to spend a weekend.

            Same.

Let's have this conversation in. 3 weeks.

Papering over the cracks comes to mind.

Why will it be different in a few weeks? The point is we generally lost no ground despite losing, which can only be a good thing, or do we have to win every game now?

I take it you've seen our fixtures.

So what? Still doesn't change the point of the thread does it? Whenever we fail to pick up points, it's a bonus when the teams around us don't.

                          I didn't disagree with that.
