Solskjær was basically a Wind-up suggestion, MattyRangers. Not sure he has got what it takes to do it on the "international" stage. Really have to say, I agree with what you are saying concerning Clarke and Pulis. Pulis would have saved us. Of that I´m pretty sure. Basically think we need to think short term now. -

All honesty mate Im really on the fence with this 1.... Every time I say to myself he's a very inexperienced manager and question what he's actually achieved, I keep going back to Hughes and Harry and where we are now. And then I say to myself fock it lets go for it lets get Sherwood, but I still struggle to shake the inexperience he has..... really dont know!!!Was reading a Spurs forum when he got tin tacked and the general consensus was they loved him but thought he was to outspoken to soon & Levy never had him in the frame full time. Said earlier he'd definitely of learned a lot from that first spell.
Personally I'm for it although I can see plenty are not which is fair enough. I just have a sneaky feeling he could really lift this place. He's pretty infectious & it's not like he doesn't know the game. Young & hungry is the main aspect I want. Tactician? I don't know I don't work with him but I'm sure he'd bring in an experienced team to work with he would benefit massively from an old head.Leave a comment:

That's my feeling too. Plays kids and some of those playing for Spurs this season were introduced by him last also plays who is playing best and does not just select by the name
When we were linked with Harry Kane on loan last season we all scoffed saying he was t urd who picked him last season when he got the job and put him straight in because he knew he was up to it Sherwood and look what he is doing this seasonLeave a comment:

Im sort of with you Jim..... but what Im worried about is the whole laid back 'fock it lets see what happens' approach.... but like you/everyone else says we've had 2 very experienced managers mess up...... AHHH fock it lets get Sherwood in and see what happens!!!!!!!I'm in the I think it will be worth a go camp.
People are naturally skeptical of his experience but as mentioned many times, two of the most experienced managers have ruined us. For me he's worth a shot, if not for a different angle than the usual big name old boy appointment.
Could be a surprise who knows??Leave a comment:

Certainly as a short term measure until the end of the season why not. sorted out an AVB squad heading in one directionI'm in the I think it will be worth a go camp.
