What does Hoddle actually do

I'm just wondering what Glenn Hoddle's role at the club is. Does anyone know? I thought he was some kind of tactical genious. The players look clueless. He was a poor manager. He should just stick to talking about the game on TV I think

yep pundit is his role. He is supposed to be out on the training ground.

I think they should practise 10 yard passing instead of 60 yards balls to the touchline.

Just needs to stop getting players to do things they can't just because he was a brilliant player doesn't mean he should make some of our current players believe they are
