Good player as long as he REALLY wants to come here and play and doesn't see it as a step down

I've only seen Salah a few times myself and liked him... Hoping he's not one of those who lies to walk back to our half like some we have already.

I've had this feeling that if we can land the Ajax striker, he would become a bit of a hero at LR. Him and Austin could be one of the most lethal partnerships ever at this club.

I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Prepare yourself for an influx of Egyptian fans if Salah comes.

we were in Sharm in the summer and all the locals had Salah Chelski shirts

It's not going to go down well here is it, going by the past.

I hope it goes down better with some on here after the Yun experience. Besides if he is only here for half a season, i doubt people will be rushing from all over to see him

Yes including Chelsea which is why they signed him.
If he can reproduce that form he would be worth signing on loan.

Salah has scored 22 in 35 for the Egyptian national side, mind you the opposition may not have been much.

Weare, your two witty comments have been criminally overlooked on this thread.

Would be a great signing and a good chance for the player to prove he can do it in the PL. If Chelsea want to do business, it's great for all parties. I have a feeling he'll end up in Europe though.

Just a feeling he's the type of addition that might also - just might - help heal the Adel thing. Read that they were mates but that could be journo made up. Think the two of them could do a bit of damage and help out Chas. Another pipedream......

Tbh we need a winger so yes let's do this. HOWEVER it would be hard to take if a Chelsea player did well & goes back to Chelsea to play for them
                            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Wouldn't bother me if it means a greater chance of seeing some decent football. And staying up would be nice....

My only concern would be he'd end up playing for his own agenda, ie making a name for himself, and wouldnt care what actually happens to QPR. Saw the same with Sinclair when on loan. Trying to constantly look good and shooting from anywhere hoping to grab headlines, rather than squaring a ball across the 6 yard box for a team mate to tap in and secure valuable points.

AS good as he may be, i have doubts. That said, if he had the right attitude, i would certainly say take him.
