Maybe will should be scouting div 1 and 2 for strong fit and hungry players and then coach them to
prem standards.

Our scouts only go and see the harry redcrapps has beens at the retirement home, but I bet there is some descent talent in the lower divisions with more guts and drive to make it to the top,

This is our problem, we go after big names. We should start looking for players that will fit into our squad and improve it. Let's start to bring in younger players from lower divisions and work with them, we have nothing to lose as the wage demands are very low.
