I'm pretty certain the only reason this deal hasn't happened is because Harry is keeping it on ice whilst he sees if he can wangle a couple of better domestic loans. I hope we don't end up missing out on both fronts and end up with a load of sh*t like we did last January!

I think he wants Sinclair and is also keen on the Chelsea centre back as well as hoping to buy Defoe hence the delay in concluding this one (Only 2 domestic loans are allowed).
The danger is he might lose out on his targets and end up scrap-ing the barrel again like last January.
