    Routledge - brilliant!

Just wanted to say how much i think Routledge has improved from last year. Last year he looked good, but didnt always look that interested in doing his very best. Now however, he looks like hes giving his all, and enjoying it much more at QPR. A class player on the right, and a massive talent to help our promotion chances

I see no reason why not. He seems to be enjoying his football and is loved by the fans. It appears he's regarded as one of the best players at Rangers and I'm sure he's enjoying that as much as everything else. The difference between this year and last is that he's now part of a very tallented team with Buzz, Rowlands and Vine all back from injuries as well as having the additions of Ben Watson and Jay Simpson. The team are beginning to gel and meet his ambitions of a Premiership return as in reality, we're only one or two signings away from this becomming very, very possible. We look to be a better side than the one he played in last season where he was pretty much the only attack minded player we had. The trouble with him last season was that all his good work counted for nothing as we were too busy worrying about deffending and didn't push forward enough to support him. This year, the tactics are completely different and more suited to him. He'll continue to flourish in this side and that's why I feel he'll stay.

I think we need a better song for him though. The one we have for him is unclear and not everyone sings it. Is he even aware its his song?

and the best thing of all about him is he isn't at Cardiff. Thought the arrogance of their fans was priceless when they thought they might get him back and it was entirely a matter of whether they wanted him or not. i don't think we will go up without at least one more striker but you wd have to say we have a better all round team than cardiff now.

                  Routledge is da man
                  Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                  And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I thought he was out of sorts last season, but this season he has arguably been our best player. Good work Wayne (and nice song!)
