How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

He may well have gone to see TF but to get JD and PC, surely not.

Look who's in town having banana leaf. Great morning taking transfer window and academy.

maybe not entirely b******* then, but hopefully not talking only about crouch and defoe (please not).

I know Harry is incredibly set in his ways, and likes working with players he's worked with before, but surely Les must have the ability to spot a potential striking target who'd be younger than Crouch and Defoe.

Firstly- who's said he's out there to talk about signing Defoe/Crouch?

Secondly- If we did sign either Defoe or Crouch would people genuinely be upset?
                    SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

Both would improve the squad imo.

I think young players are a must but we can't take any chances, as we aren't in the position to take a risk.
Stay up this year and in the summer we can look to rebuild the striker options but if crouch is willing to take a short term deal then I am all for it.
Proven goal scorer who has done well at international level. Vargas isn't showing the form he shows when playing for chile and personally looks more comfortable on the right with his countryman so 2 strikers would be a must for me.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I'm just wondering whether Crouch wouldn't relish being back at the club he supports? I'm sure he'd feel more at home than Stoke. Unless he doesn't want to move from wherever he and Abby are shacked up..

Of course they would. Like Rio did.

both might improve the squad, but we'd really need both of them on the right terms - no big transfer fee, no ridiculous wages and sensible contract lengths for players of their ages. defoe has another 3 years of his £68-90k per week contract to run. crouch is out of contract at the end of the season, but is still on £45-50k a week, but stoke are a relegation rival... they're not going to be handing out favours to us
