Newcastle have not been allowed to, so that would be too risky.

Even if SWP and Taarabt dont move on, if they are not going to play leave them out of the squad and QPR could be allowed to sign any out of contract or released players after January.

Only in exceptional circumstances, such as a goalkeeper crisis, can changes be made outside the window, and then only if the Premier League board approves the changes.

Don't think you can do that. If you have 25 eligible contracted players when you submit your 25 man squad, you must name them. You can't just leave them out.
