Fer and the 'Bobby Zamora' role

Anyone interested to see if Fer could do that role up top with Charlie?
Fer's best position is just behind the striker, he's tall and wins a lot of headers, think he could do a job up there.
As bobby gets injured/won't last all season, is Fer a reasonable alternative?

He kind of did it on Saturday, not necessarily playing in behind but he was certainly the target for goal kicks and headers/hold up play in the final third. I reckon he could do it but not as well as Bobby
