    Good afternoon lads/ladies
Am travelling up from Torquay on Saturday but I don't have a ticket.
I work most Saturdays and have only just managed to worm this one off.
Grateful if anyone can help me out.Can meet up anywhere/time you like as I will be up there early in the morning.Anyone who doubts I am QPR will have their doubts removed when they see the artwork on my arm LOL.

agreed but if its sold out and tickets are hard to come by then £30 isn't that bad.

Full price to a fellow Rangers fan is fine with me, rather know that the money was staying with one of my own than pay less and think some was going to a tout.

Bloody ironic - Can ony get to 3/4 games per season due to work, so picked out games that I was liable to get tickets for and then struggle to get one !!. Got one for the Stoke game, but now can't get one for Saturday.40 years of supporting the R's, you think I would have learned by now LOL.However am still travelling up in hope and still relucant to use' the leeches'.

You should get one from the box office I'm sure. Usually a few single seats around the ground. Good luck

With Viagogo you can only get tickets that are available? How did you manage to get a ticket for your mate next to you or did you just sit apart from each other for the game?

nick, check out this thread which go thru the whole story http://www.wearetherangersboys.com/f...next-to-theirs

in the end though, I was able to tell the box office bloke on the phone that I wanted an additional seat next to mine.
he put my seat back into the pool of seats for sale and then got me 2 that were "1 behind the other" and only charged me for the 1 extra seat.

                        the extra seat was £45.

Kudos to Marri0tt for trying to sort his ticket without going through viatouttout.

Viattouttout claim as their fee 25% of the ticket selling price (because obviously it costs them more to provide the service for a more expensive ticket) plus a fixed charge of around £6. The 25% is broken down as 15% and 10% to the buyer and seller (I can't remember which order though). They also facilitate the selling of tickets above face value, which is called TICKET TOUTING.

Make of that what you will.

An alternative, which would reduce viatouttout's obscene profits, would be to restrict tickets from being sold at above face value and to charge a fixed amount per transaction, reflecting their costs (plus a REASONABLE profit) for providing the facility.
