Its obviously the "local boys" that are letting the team down.

If they had to stump up the train fares us "out of town fans" had to - then they wouldn't bother showing. :devil:

And I usually do sit on my hands quietly, to keep them warm. Don't want to sing as it hurts my throat. If only I lived near the stadium I would be so much better equiped for this football malarky.

The days of when only locals supporter their teams seem to have dissapeared.Thankfully....for clubs like QPR thats a good thing.

You can underatnd why people support Utd Arsenal evn Chelsea etc...because they want the glory.To support QPR - unless you live local...you have to certified .....Why let your life become one huge let down after another.It could be so easy to just support a big club and enjoy the Sunday afternoons in you local Southern pub...supporting a Northern team you have no real connection....albeit you wear a sh..ite shirt.

I lived my first 14 years in Bromley - and really had choice of a few south london clubs...and nearlt ended up supporting millwall , due to schooling with many Millwall fans.But in them days - travelling around london appeared easier and i choice QPR..

I now live and have lived in folkestone for the rest of my life - but have supported QPR all my life and have never considered supporting any other team.

My ideal world would be to get up like Saturday gone...get the 10.45 to Charing Cross.Have a few beers with my Hammer mates(but not this week as they play Monday) - have a few beers before game..watch game and get 1748 hrs train back to folkestone...to get straight back out on lash....

Thats just for home games...and with current work issues and sibling problems...that also eats into my Saturday agendas.Due to this fact - i only attend about 10 home games a season...which in some peoples heads makes me a s..t supporter....Barnsely was hardly a high profile game and i have no idea what my next game will be.But when it becomes available - i will attend.

Different people have different agendas - and yes...uf we start winning more games and go up the league..im sure more fans will come back.I know that bothers some fans - and i can see their point of views.If we had more support it would helps us on pitch(hopefully - if they are not fans that boo) and off the pitch financially.

Its does always make me laugh however - when lower teams get to finals or big matches....where the extra 20k fans come from - and if i were a fan that travels to most matches...i would be slightly aggrieved.

Im not even sure any of these points are relevant....just had a coffee break and felt like a rant.

Judging by the Bush over the last decade a doubt any of the new faces would be interested in football.
