Vargas v. Remy

I know it is probably too early to really say, but do you think Vargas could become more important to the Club than Remy.

If Remy had stayed, that would have been 4 strikers and unless some are injured, one or two might not have got much play time. So I think it was maybe a good thing that he left.

Though I still thing we probably could do with another striker in the January transfer window.

Remy is in a different class to Vargas. Vargas a good player though for a club like ours and will have that fight about him that maybe Remy wouldn't of had with us. But if we are going on ability and finishing ability Remy is on a different planet for me.

Yup. Vargas looks decent. but remy is a 15goal a season striker. I'd go as far to say we dont have anybody like that in this league at the moment.

No doubt Vargas will go on to be a TOP forward! - If he continues the way he has started for us, then I can see a few bigger clubs coming in for him at the end of the season!
