Got a phone call from QPR box office today.

Diane from the box office phoned me today to apologize for the **** up regarding double booking of tickets on Saturday.

She was very apologetic offered me my money back or a ticket (Gold) in the loft to one of the last two home games. (Chose Plymouth)

I must admit that i was not expecting a reply or maybe just an email with "sorry" at most.

So a big thank you to Diane for the prompt response, apology and free ticket.
