    Hope I am getting his name correct. Just watched some of his goals for Ajax and it seems to me that he would have been quite a reasonable replacement for Loic Remy. As usual, we blew it as we normally do. However, he looks like having all credentials to succeed in the Premier: an eye for goal; good positioning; good header; good with both feet and strength. For 5 million he would of be a bargain and exactly what we needs.

      The club tried and tried but he didn't want to move here, that's what I read but could be wrong?

      But you're right, he seems a good player and what if?

          We should scout Iceland on a regularly basis. Arrange training sessions for youngsters there aswell.

              Club did the right thing not meeting his or Borini's wages

              They however NEVER had enough strikers. Even if Remy had stayed QPR had 2 goal scoring strikers. Harry Redknapp mucked up big time & I believe QPR will proberly go down now, mostly for that reason

                          i agree he is a top stricker instead of another midfeilder we needed a goalscorer defoe would have been good no one can question his goal scoring composure and ability
