      No its not but surely it is a fantastic achievement?

        Maybe not, but Swansea are doing ok with Gary Monk in charge. Spurs did ok with Sherwood, so it works for other clubs, why not at QPR. And let's face it, he cant do any worse than Redknapp's doing this season.
