Basically some smart arses have under 8 season ticket and use to get an adult in.
Upshot if you have an under 8 or junior In your group and they can't attend you have
to contact box office by phone or email to discuss.

To be honest, you're supposed to contact them if your under 8 couldn't attend anyway so not sure what the big deal is..
