Should Taraabt Be Given A Second Chance?

Taraabt, a few years ago, looked to show real potential although from what i hear of him now hes gained weight and lost his fitness. Is he good enough to start or is he just going to have another one of those seasons where he is a hindrance to the team buy giving the ball away where he gets to excited. Maybe he will again show flashes of brilliance, we all want the Moroccan magician back, but should he get a second chance?!?
