    THIS is the benchmark Tony and the Board should follow...

    I haven't written on here for a while, but I read this article and it summed up (by proxy) everything wrong at QPR. We are a old fashioned club completely out of date with how successful clubs are run now. From a dinosaur manager to the way we go about our business. Read this and see what I mean:

      They are reaping the rewards of at least 10 years of academy product and organisation. They have been down to league 1 in that time. If we have to yoyo a few times to finally get it right then so be it. We always sem to be going for the quick fix
