How many in/out by midnight Monday?

Could be as little as 3 or as many as 6 incoming IMO.

We currently have a squad of 22, it wouldn't surprise me if Henry & SWP are left out, which takes us down to 20.
RB replacement for Simpson, possibly useful at CB also.
Diarra seems to be done.

Then if AC Milan stump up £5m for Taarabt, we'll go for a 2nd Striker from above or Crouch.
