Are we still getting paid for Sterling? According to wikipedia we received 600,000 but that could raise to 5 million, depending on the number of first team appearances he makes for Liverpool.

That was in Jan/Feb. 2010 and transfer fees have gone up since then.

A young kid who has played several games for Liverpool for 1 million, sounds like a reasonable prospect given today's ridiculous transfer fees.

Seen as a decent prospect from what i've read about him in the past and add to that the fact he's in and around the England under 21's and it would seem to be a sensible signing. It looks as if Harry has very little faith in either Traore or Yun playing the left wingback role

As Liverpool gave 2 fullbacks injured tonight might not happen if there is any truth in it.

We should not look for someone who has potential in future to field him in the first team. We need someone experienced and better than what we have got, unless he is being signed for the reserve team.
