This is something I have been mentioning for a long time. How do they work out what is a top 6 side once the season begins, because it can change every week. Especially when you talk about the January transfer window. The top six at this time is sometimes teams that finish up at the bottom. For instance does that mean that if Manchester United were to put in a bid at the present time, they would have to pay 15 million, but as you say Swansea, A. Villa and W. Ham 11 million.
