Funny that, people have said the same thing every season since we won the Championship and been disappointed.

It is irritating him being fit one week and then out for three. Because when he has played this season he's been one of the best players on the pitch. But he can't seem to get fit enough to play successive matches.

Can't believe some still believe he's going to all of a sudden change and recapture old form. We got one very very good season out of him in the 2nd tier

We're going to ignore his recent displays yeah? Still one of our best players and is definitely good enough for us even if he ain't what he used to be. Put in very good displays when he has played this season...we look a different team with him on the pitch! But he should have sorted out his fitness before the season, stupid of him to do absolutely f all during the summer.

Nik the fleeting appearances he has made he has been OK no better or worse then that or any other player picked so not ignoring his efforts just not getting carried away as he has really never done anything in any of the games which really stood out. And cant agree about looking a different team with him on the pitch as we never at Burnley or Palace with him in the side we looked exactly like the team that we had the rest of the season.

Showed the odd glimpse which makes you think if only he applied himself but the games he has had he has made zero difference not sure how you can suggest otherwise
