Thursday 14.08.14 Fan March to PL HQ from Marble Arch@1pm

Latest sport news for Brent and Kilburn, Wembley and the surrounding London areas from the Brent & Kilburn Times.

Hope we can get ticketing to how the German Bundesliga is like. At last instead of moaning, there is action like this. Let's hope someone from the Premier League and League is listening.

So it's in a days time almost & most people are just hearing about this now? Can't see it being much of a success myself.

True. On a weekday at that. Though I suppose the PL would be not working on a Weekend.

Spread the word! Prices to footy are getting ridiculous.

Agreed, and anyone that claims it is a fair price because we get to play in the mighty premier league isn't a proper football person IMO.

Yep, strange time to have it which makes it awkward for people to attend. Suspect the powers that be will be delighted with the poor organisation.

Qué? I commented on that already that it being on a weekday (eluding to that it may be difficult to get time off work at short notice) and hence my comment that the PL would be closed on the weekend (eluding to the reasoning for the organisation of it on the weekday still)....but thanks for clearing things up with your most humble and gracious comment.

Anybody who reads this message board isn't just hearing about it now because I posted this a month ago:

'Only a Ranger!' cried Gandalf. 'My dear Frodo, that is just what the Rangers are: the last remnant in the South of the great people, the Men of West London.' - Lord of the Rings, Book II, Chapter I - Many Meetings.

Why March to the PL? They don't set the prices. On a week day. Muddle headed thinking.

I'd like cheaper train tickets to away games. Anyone fancy joining me on a march to Virgin HQ? I'd also like cheaper food prices to feed the kids. Shall we have a trot up to Cheshunt and give Mr Tesco a knock?

Utterly pointless. Action, if it's a worthwhile point and I'm not convinced it is, needs to be taken at club level and against club owners, not at an organising body who have zero influence and zero control about this.

Pound to a penny it will be the same old suspects on the march. Spirit of Shankly and a few teenage hangers on in Gazelles and some moody black jackets. Not going to make an iota of difference. Wrong tactics

Well it might make Arsenal chelsea and Spurs to knock a Fiver off season tickets

Cheers. Any articles to confirm this?

Bit ironic as it's sky who've helped to inflate prices for everyone.
