Matty Phillips for right wing back?

I think he would be great in that position!

If we're going to play 3-5-2 this season, there might be some doubts about Phillips Hoilett and SWP, and some aren't sure about Simpson at RWB.

I think Phillips Hoilett and Simpson will make the cut, but a wing back system surely puts a final end to SWP.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

He's our only decent attacking midfielder. We need him elsewhere.

Big lad for sure and quick, he covers the right side quite well, I don't know where else he could play in this new system?

Like to se him given a shot to play up top in cup game wouldn't take a chance in a prem game tho , having the tools to do it doesn't mean he could do it tho

I don't think this system will suit him at all, he's never a wing back.

                I wouldn't mind him being given a chance as a number 10.

Absolutely not. Simmo is our wing-back.

He used to fill in at right back for Blackpool a few seasons back, no clue how good he was in that role though!

Simmo will be playing right wing back.. Not sure if anyone saw the Caulker training vid but the set up HR was using has Caulker Rio and Onouha as CB's and Simmo at right wing back.. really looked like he was focusing on pattern play

Think Matty Phillips could do a job in the whole behind Austin and another striker...

It may be deemed 352, but lets not kid ourselves, too often when up against it the formation is really 532. The wing backs will be players who know how to defend but are good at attacking also. Traor, Yun and Simpson all fit this billing. The tricky players may play in a more attacking position in that formation.

Think Matty could be dangerous in that whole when breaking away on the counter

Harry won't play with effectively 3 forwards on the pitch, maybe in some home games but the majority of the time it will be (team I'd play in the formation I think Harry will use)
